P100 & P100ss AND OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES
With its superior functionality and key benefits, the P100 and NEW P100ss Portable Microbial Air Samplers from EMTEK are destined to be the industry standard for microbial air sampling.
EMTEK has just released Version 2 of the P100 and P100ss Microbial Air Samplers (P100’s). Both devices now have a new full color LCD w/Capacitive touch screen and new 21 CFR Part 11 compliant firmware. The P100 and P100ss now have three CPU controlled sampling rates, 28.3 LPM (1 CFM), 50 LPM and 100 LPM, to allow for continuous monitoring of critical processes, or to take quick cubic meter “grab samples”. The sampled air volume is HEPA filtered prior to being exhausted at the unit, or remotely through optional attachments. The unit may be operated directly via its user-friendly LCD/Touch Screen interface, or through a Local Area Network (LAN) via PC based software, which allows for full operable control of all units connected to your LAN. An Infrared remote is included, which allows for Start/Stop/Pause/Resume functionality of 1-5 units. The P100’s CPU allows for the creation and storage (if desired) of unique sampling plans, including Delay/Test/Hold functionality, while offering Sample Site Description and User ID entry and maintenance.
Sample run memory has been expanded to 10,000 samples and the NEW Audit Event Log holds 25,000 events in memory. This allows for capture and storage of key parameters from sample runs, and any changes made to parameters or other settings made on the units. Data is controlled by a system administrator, including export/review/deletion capabilities. Data may be output/viewed through on optional custom label printer, USB stick, or via optional PC based software, and may now also be viewed on screen. Data output options include an encrypted PDF report and .CSV file output with MD5 encoding.
The P100 and P100ss charge in approximately 2.5 hours with the included charger and has a lengthy battery life with 7-10+ hours of operation, dependent on flow rate (100 LPM (~7hr), 50 LPM (~9hr) or 28.3 LPM (>10hr) LPM). The standard P100 is lightweight at 2kg and very portable, and its enclosure of Kydex ® with Microban ® (an anti-microbial agent), minimizes transfer of viable contaminants. The P100ss is heavier at 3.3kg, as would be expected with its’ 316SS construction, but is still very portable. The P100 Standard Package includes a custom component carrying case, IR Remote (5-Channel), AC/DC Power Supplier/Charger, & USB Sticks. Optional accessories include a portable Thermal Paper/Label Printer, Horizontal Flow Inlet, Confined Space Inlet Adapter, and Compressed Air/Gas Sampling Kit.
